Your selections appointment will take place in our South Tampa Discovery Center and is when you and your family will work alongside our designer, Jon Behr, to choose colors, materials and other key elements. Depending on what stage of construction your home is at, only certain options may still be available to select — which Jon will happily discuss with you further.

Jon Behr | Interior Designer

Jon Behr, our interior designer of nearly 10 years, puts his expertise and passion to work for our homeowners. He’ll guide you through our long list of interior and exterior design options and help you visualize all the possibilities before you make your choices. A state licensed interior designer with 30 years in the industry, Jon is both an American Society of Interior Designers award winner and the previous president of our local ASID chapter. We often hear from our satisfied homebuyers that Jon’s enthusiastic guidance has steered them toward color schemes and styling touches that continue to satisfy — year after year.
